Peach and mango drink

Prepare refreshing fruit drops by putting the drink into the freezer in a special container for several hours.

Chicken Cream soup

Add spices to the cream soup to prepare a sauce
The soup is especially tasty when used as sauce for chicken parts; just use less water than when preparing soup

Chicken cream soup can be a tasty sauce for vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower. Add chopped celery, grated garlic, chopped young spinach, grated cheese, chopped green cabbage or leek. You will get a crispy refreshment with fresh vegetables.

If you really want to enjoy your meal, add cooked chicken or non-fat ham to your soup.

Add herbs and spices to your soup, e.g. black pepper. You can also add wormwood, tarragon, parsley, chive and oregano.

Store the protein bars in the refrigerator, this will make them even tastier. If you plan to take them to work or to go on the road, put them into the freezer a day before.
