get a crispy refreshment with fresh vegetables.
If you really want to enjoy your meal, add cooked chicken or non-fat
ham to your soup.

add wormwood, tarragon, parsley, chive and oregano.
Protein Bar
Store the protein bars in the refrigerator, this will make them
even tastier. If you plan to take them to work or to go on the road,
put them into the freezer a day before.
